Job Description / Responsibility:

You’ll be collaborating with the team to provide frontline support to our clients on a roster duty.

● 
Operation, Maintenance and Upgrade of software products

● Troubleshooting system and software issues
● Providing support, including documentation and relevant reports
● Monitor system/software/server performance and report on any possible issues
● Perform daily server/software administration tasks

Qualifications:

● Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu or other OS)
● Familiar with command line interface in Linux servers
● Experience with providing technical support is a plus
● Strong communication & interpersonal skills
● Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.

Job Requirement

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree: Diploma or 
BSc in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Employment Status:
Full Time

Experience Required:
At least 01 year of technical support experience is preferable. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
