Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in lead generation, market research, and identifying potential clients through various channels.
- Support sales development activities such as following up on inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer databases.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Handle basic client communications and ensure timely responses to support sales efforts.
- Utilize MS Office tools and basic AI applications to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Job Requirement
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use AI tools for tasks such as data analysis, content generation, or automation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience Required:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a similar role.

Salary Range:
Competitive salary range: BDT 25,000 - 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications, experience and expertise)
